Doctor Anup Deol

Dr. Anup Deol, OD
Born in India and moved to the United States in 1975, obtained her Bachelor's degree from University of Washington in Biology in 1987 and went on to receive her doctorate from Illinois college of Optometry in 1991.  She went on to do a hospital based residency at the VA Hospital in Huntington, WV with an emphasis on diagnosis & Treatment of diseases of eye.

She moved back to Washington after her training as her family all reside here.  I worked for an ophthalmologist, Dr. Lee Harman, for over a year before going into practice for my self. She purchased the clinic from Dr. John McClintock, who opened the practice in 1964.  She remodelled the current office back in 2001 and received an award from the Snohomish Historical Society for the best design of office building in the Historical District. 

Dr. Deol feels that she was blessed for being able to come and live her dreams in America that she likes to give back not only locally but globally.  She has helped conduct eye medical mission through VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) to Nicaragua, Honduras, Samoa, India, Russia, Mexico, El Salvadore, and Ethiopia.

Dr. Deol also provides free vision exams for the needy through the Lion's Club program and a few community churches. The clinic helps serve a leporsy colony in India by providing food, clothing and construction maintainance their living quarters. Locally Dr. Deol and John Knutsen donated $5000 to Snohomish Affordable Housing. Currently running a fund raiser to raise money for Snohomish Senior Cenrter.

Dr. Deol is very happily married to John Knutsen, who was born and raised in Snohomish and they have two beautiful daughters.  She spends most of her free time with her family and friends.

Doctor Andrus

Dr. Casey Andrus, OD
Dr. Andrus is a native of southern Idaho and recieved his Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University. After graduating with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2003, Dr. Andrus served as an active duty optometric physician in the US Air Force for three years in Mississippi.

Having lived throughout the west, Dr. Andrus has settled in the Snohomish area with his wife, Heather, and thier four children. His interests include playing and watching most sports, especially baseball, and is an active member of his church and his children's little league. He also enjoys traveling abroad and spending time with his active family.

Dr. Andrus is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Optometric Physicians of Washington. While in the Air Force he was awarded the AETC 2004 Optometrist of the Year, and the Air Force Commendation Medal. He enjoys meeting and helping patients with a range of eye care needs...
